Leadership and Church Development

The Department of Leadership Development exists to equip and encourage the planting of churches, the revitalization of churches, and the developing of leaders throughout the state of Iowa .

Church Planting

The Iowa district purposes to plant two new churches each year throughout the state of Iowa.  Potential church planters are assessed for their readiness through a carefully developed diagnostic too.  Each church being a parent or a partner is the goal.

Church Revitalization

Churches throughout the state are assisted in a return to health through the revitalization

Breaking through the 125 barrier in attendance may be the most challenging task a pastor can face. That’s probably why only 25 of our churches in the Iowa Ministry Network have broken through that barrier. I want to help your church become the next one to do it.

That’s why we’re forming Breakthrough Coaching Groups. The leadership of the Iowa Ministry Network believes you can break through this barrier! It took us four years at Christian Life Assembly to break through the 125 barrier. We did it and so can you!

Please consider this invitation to be part of a Breakthrough Coaching Group with other pastors who are believing God for a breakthrough just like you. Here are the specifics for the Breakthrough Coaching Groups:

• Only six pastors per group.
• Six monthly coaching sessions, featuring training on breakthrough principles and coaching regarding particular circumstances in each church.
• An on-site visit and evaluation.
• Development of a breakthrough plan specific to each congregation.
• Monthly training materials (books, CDs, DVDs) will be provided.
• Telephone and e-mail access to your coach throughout the process
